Tucked away in a little city off of highway-44 lies a gorgeous family farm turned wedding venue! Haue Valley in Pacific, Missouri features the original Haue family cabin transformed into an elegant bridal suite, a beautiful stone archway ceremony site, a small vineyard, and a cedar reception hall with tons of natural light. It’s truly a photographers dream! This gorgeous day left little to be desired, there was a little bit of everything and we had the pleasure of exploring the grounds with two sweet couples and a solo bridal model!
Morgan & Darla
I don’t know who was more excited when Morgan and Darla agreed to model, me or them?! These gorgeous girls had tied the knot at the courthouse and plan to have a big wedding later on down the road, but they didn’t have any professional wedding photos yet. So, I reached out to them to see if they would like to model and they happily agreed! They were such a joy to photograph, and when you’re around them you can just feel the love they have for each other!
Mallory & Ian
Mallory and Ian were so much fun to photograph, and so sweet! They spent the afternoon joking with each other and quite frankly, making our jobs easy! They even stayed until sunset to go down into the vineyard with us, and make some golden hour magic!
Jenika
Jenika reached out to me and asked to model as an editorial bride and we were so excited! I mean look at her, she is STUNNING! And not only is she gorgeous, but she’s also really sweet!! Her bubbly personality made the day even more enjoyable than it already was!
Vendors
Haue Valley in Pacific agreed to host this gorgeous vintage styled session, and we think they were the perfect fit! Cleo Bridal in O’Fallon loaned us gorgeous gowns that really helped bring the vintage vibes to life! Beverlee’s Forgetmenot Florist worked with us to create gorgeous bouquets, and Britt’s Bakehouse designed a stunning cake! We also had the opportunity to work with talented hair and makeup artists! Krysta Madden did hair and makeup for Darla and Morgan, and makeup for Jenika! She really brought our vintage ideas to life with the girl’s hair styles! Nikki Creasy (one of our preferred vendors) did Mallory’s hair and makeup, and Jenika’s hair, and also worked with us on our Stone House styled session!

[…] Sons and Daughters is a BRAND NEW black and white wedding venue in Rolla, MO and they were the perfect location for this session! We loved getting to photograph with their white walls and black accents! Clarice’s Bridal provided gowns that were literally perfect for the vibe of this session, and Jim’s Formal Wear provided a dapper suit for Jared! STL Neons brought an awesome POP to this set with one of their custom neon signs over the sweetheart table! And speaking of sweetheart table, Something Bleau did an amazing job, per the usual! Allie designed a tablescape that was simple but beautiful none the less! Flour. Custom Cakes & Cupcakes provided a gorgeous (and delicious) cake! Lastly, as we mentioned above, Nikki Creacy was our hair and makeup artist for this session! Nikki is one of our recommended hair and makeup artists, we love working alongside her!
